With its unique manufacturing process and patented HTD™ (Heat Transfer Dye) process, Vigma offers the opportunity to customize billiard ball sets in a wide range of styles and colors. WE DO NOT USE PAD PRINTING NOR POST PRODUCTION COATINGS for our ball sets. Pad-printed logos can and often do chip and peel rendering the entire billiard ball set unusable. Our exclusive HTD™ process produces a permanent image "embedded" into the resin during the manufactuing process for a long-lasting, durable, sharp, crisp image. These ball sets are professional ball sets which meet the BCA standard criteria for performance, durability, size and weight. If you can imagine it, we can create it- for your very own billiard ball set. Vigma® is the premier billiard ball company that has produced superior products for a wide range of clients including Sports Fan Products™ (Collegiate Licensed products), Imperial USA (NFL, MLB, NBA) ESPN®, US Army®, Jim Beam®, and many other custom logos for corporations, billiard manufacturers, dealers & pool halls, and various marketing organizations. CUSTOMIZATIONWe can customize your billiard ball set in a wide range of ways:1) Custom colors- solids, stripes, pearlized, marbelized, sparkle, etc.. 2) Custom Number Fonts- choose your font or let us help you design your own 3) Custom Image placement- put your logo or high resolution image on our ball sets 4) Full Coverage Printing- need a billiard ball to look like a basketball? Or a camoflauge print? No problem. 5) Custom packaging- unique packaging to fit your needs MINIMUMSUntil now, other manufacturers have required high minimum order quantities for custom billiard ball sets. With our unique, patented HTD™ process and unique manufacturing procedures, we have the ability to produce custom logo billiard ball sets per the following guidelines:Billiard Ball Sets- 50 set minimum order (120 day production lead time) Individual Billiard Balls- 100 unit minimum order Billiard Accessory Kits- (Cue Ball, Billiard Brush, Triangle Rack- Clamshell packed)- 100 set minimum order Allow 10 days production lead time from date of final approval for custom logo products. RUSH orders are accepted. ORDER PROCESSTo initiate your custom order, we require high resolution digital image (preferably in EPS/Illustrator, Photoshop, or high res jpg format) to ensure quality reproduction. For custom ball colors, we request PMS and/or CMYK colors.If you need design assistance, we offer expert design services at a rate of $75 per hour for custom design services. We can digitally create your design in a complete set for your review. Prior to production, we will submit a graphic design for approval. We will then produce a sample, with a 10% deposit on your order (to cover freight and production expense) and ship to you for final approval. Upon final approval, we will move the product into the production process. Allow 120 days for production and delivery of custom logo billiard ball sets. PRICINGPricing for custom ball sets is based upon various factors in the production process.
