*We do not accept phone orders.   Please provide information via email or fax.   Upon receipt of your order, we will email an order confirmation.

Price List

Click here for our dealer price list.   Prices subject to change without notice.   Prices are FOB Alpharetta, GA.   Add $5.00 per order for drop ship fees.

Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) Policy

To maintain pricing integrity, BMP International has put into place a minimum advertised pricing policy.   Published prices on any web site, printed material, radio/tv ads, or any other promotional materials that include BMP products shall not posted at more than 15% off suggested retail prices per the current price list.   BMP reserves the right to suspend business activity with any company in violation of this policy.

Freight Charges

All products carry a standard shipping rate.   Discounts are added for multiple products.  We choose the most cost effective shipping company based on our pre-negotiated shipping rates.   We offer 3rd party shipping on your account if requested.  

Terms & Ordering Information

Orders may be placed by phone, fax online or mail.   We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, CERTIFIED CHECK, MONEY ORDER, or PAYPAL.  First five orders must be paid via one of these methods prior to opening an account.

Set Up an Account

To open a new account,  please follow these steps:
  1. Please complete the CREDIT APPLICATION
    * Be sure to include your resale tax ID number
  2. Fax or mail to the attention of "New Accounts"  

We will notify you by email within 24 hours regarding your account status and if approved, issue you a customer number.

Terms

Our minimum order is $50.00.   For open accounts our terms are 2/10, Net 30.  A 1 1/2% service charge will be applied monthly until the invoice is paid.   Access to purchasing additional products will be prohibitied until payment is received for overdue invoices.

Shipping

Our shipping department will determine best shipping methods for your order.   If you have your own contract with a preferred shipper, please notify us at the time of order.    Special delivery (inside delivery, liftgate) needs will be an additional charge.  Overnight and 2nd day deliveries will be charged at actual cost plus a $3.95 handling charge.

Backorders

Backorder items will be noted on the packing slip.    We will notify you by phone or email regarding backorders and expected delivery date.

Return Policy

You need JavaScript enabled to view it to obtain a Return Goods Authorization number.   Items cannot be accepted without an authorized RGA #.    Include your Return Goods Authorization form with your return (click here for a printable version).     A restocking fee of 15% will be charged and the balance will be credited to your account or refunded.

Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy is extremely simple. We don't sell, rent, lend, exchange or otherwise release customer information to anyone under any circumstances. We do not collect the email addresses of our site visitors.  We respect your privacy and will honor it in the same way we respect our own.
